352 Fit Club Presents- T-25 Speed 3.0

Stepping it up this week and already seeing results with some definition in my arms (really need to work on the upper body strength for some of those obstacles), in my abs and legs.  My clothes are fitting better too!  I workout ~ 5 times a week on a regular basis but it is amazing at how just changing up your routine a little bit can improve your results.

Today's "Spartan" workout aka P90X3 workout was Agility X.  This one tests your speed and agility. LOVED this one!  Day 2 officially in the books.

Tuesday nights are 352 Fit Club nights.  This is a free workout we hold every Tuesday to anyone who wants to come; ANY FITNESS LEVEL- from beginners to advanced doesn't matter.  As a Fitness Coach our goal is to first and foremost help people to achieve a healthier lifestyle.  So at least one day a week you can come workout out with a great group who helps support and encourage each other to do the best you can.  Then we encourage continued exercise throughout the week.  Each week we pick different videos from the Beachbody collection of workouts.

Tonight we did T-25 Gamma Phase Speed 3.0. WHEW!!!!!! Is all I can say!  Talk about breaking a sweat- I think we were all drenched.  All in all burned ~350 calories in this 25 minute workout (yup only 25 minutes is all it took.)  This workout was a fast paced hi intensity cardio workout that is from Shaun T (creator of Insanity, Hip Hop Abs etc.)  There are 3 levels Alpha, Beta and then Gamma that builds on each other.  I have heard that there is now also a Delta which I have not seen yet.

Everyone did such a great job (even despite some equipment difficulties LOL it all worked out.
