Our goal is to get people active and moving and taking the steps to leading a healthier life.
Tonight's workout was P90X3 MMX. We had such a great group with high energy tonight and everyone killed the workout.

This is such a great program that will get you great results. I have signed up to participate in The Spartan Sprint in Tampa in February 2014- this program will be included in my training schedule to help boost my strength and endurance.
